Hayley Madden

A journalist once said to me that photographers are just frustrated artists.

I have been lucky enough to work with some amazing artists from the Poet Laureate to Chinese rappers, from International Popstars to burlesque performers. As true artists I share their dedication to their chosen field but I have to admit I do not live my life to the extreme that most of these people do.

I like to think I'm fairly normal so I am not an artist but I've got fairly frustrated trying to photograph them.

I have been lucky to collaborate with lots of great artists such as the Mediaval Baebes, Pythia, Immodesty Blaize and Karen Kay of Fae Magazine and I am always open to new artists with big ideas who don't necessarily have a big budget.
